New Job, Talent Acquisition Partner - Recruitment - Berkshire - eb/DC/257, Industry: Recruitment Consultancy, Job Type: Permanent, Location: London, England, Salary: £25000 - £35000 per annum + 10% bonus, pension, Talent Acquisition Partner -Berkshire, We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to come on board to monitor and report upon our recruitment activity to enable reduced spend on recruitment agencies. Responsibilities will include:, Working closely with stake holders to take initial scope of work and agree upon delivery., Monitor recruitment activity of multiple sites., Report upon recruitment activity and make reccommendations to the business on spend and process., Use social media and marketing opportunities to advertise and promote our clients opportunities., Provide clients with project reviews and summaries, projects can run for anything between 30 days to 12 months., Work closely with stake holders to ensure requirements are sent to market effectively., You will have experience within recruitment, either from an agency, direct or internal and be keen to work in an account management function with the ability to grow business solutions.
